Infections such as mononucleosis or chronic viral infections may similarly drain energy reserves during prolonged recovery periods.

Lifestyle choices contribute significantly too; sedentary behavior diminishes stamina while excessive alcohol consumption disrupts sleep cycles leading to daytime drowsiness. Overworking without sufficient breaks strains both mind and body resulting in burnout-a state characterized by extreme exhaustion not relieved by rest alone.

In summary, constant fatigue results from an interplay between various physiological conditions and lifestyle factors including poor sleep quality, chronic stress exposure, nutritional inadequacies, underlying medical issues, and unhealthy habits.
